1. Data controller

The PawSpot service is operated by Rade Malič, Slovenia. For privacy questions, email info@pawspot.si.

2. Data we may process

• account information, such as your email address and user profile;
• content you voluntarily enter into the app;
• location data when you grant permission and use a feature that needs it;
• basic technical data for security, troubleshooting and operation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use data to create accounts, show nearby places, plan routes, provide weather and safety features, support users and protect the service. Processing is based on providing the service, your consent to device permissions, our legitimate interest in secure operation, or a legal obligation.

4. Location and SOS

Location is used only when you enable it and use a related feature. SOS Panic can share your location with a contact you choose. It does not call 112 or contact emergency services.

5. Service providers

We may use trusted providers for hosting, databases, maps, weather, notifications and AI features. They receive only the data needed to provide the relevant service.

6. Retention and security

We keep data for as long as needed to operate your account, provide the service, resolve requests and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

7. Your rights

Where the law allows, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data and object to processing. Send your request to info@pawspot.si. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the app or applicable law develops. The current version will always be available on this page.
